Toby Wren; The Toby Wren Trio;
Toby Wren is Brisbane's leading jazz guitarist and band leader, whether it's background or foreground, an intimate or grand setting, Toby works with only the best in the industry. Vocals or instrumental, from Solo up to Septet.
Brisbane, QLD
Arts Queensland, Brisbane City Council, Hassell architects, Arkhefeld architects, Jazz Queensland, and lots of weddings and private parties!
Musical acts perform in sets of up to 1 hour of continuous music after which a break of 15 mins is required, up to 5 sets with a standard engagement being 2-3 sets.
For smaller functions adequate stage power is the only requirement (normal power points). For larger functions or rooms a PA and operator may be required. This can be discussed when making a booking.
A good rough guide is $150 per musician for a 2 hour engagement and $50 per hour after that. A Travel Allowance is charged if the function is outside Brisbane and a Meal Allowance if the function is during a meal time (and a meal is not supplied).
